India, Hungary sign two agreements including co-operation in Water resources

India and Hungary signed two agreements on Sunday during Vice President, Mohammad Hamid Ansari's visit to that country. <br/><br/>The first agreement is for cooperation in the field of water resources, including innovations in irrigation technology and another pact is for promotion of co-operation between Indian Council Of World Affairs and its Hungarian counterpart. The agreements were inked in Budapest.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent covering the Vice President's visit reports that Mohammad Hamid Ansari will have bilateral discussions with Hungary's Prime Minister Victor Orban and other leaders in Budapest later in the day. <br/><br/>Mr. Ansari will call on Hungarian President Janos Ader and the Speaker of National assembly on Monday before leaving for Algeria. <br/><br/>He reached Budapest last evening on the first leg of his two-nation tour to Hungary and Algeria. <br/><br/>Mr Ansari said, the issue of cross-border terrorism affecting India will figure prominently in bilateral meetings during his four-day visit to the two countries.
