India today extended its hands to make Mauritius self reliable in field of oil security and other fuel needs. India will supply 1.1 million metric tonnes of liquid petroleum to Mauritius each year for next three years. <br/><br/>After renewing the two billion dollars agreement today, Petroleum Minister Murli Deora assured Mauritius that ONGC will leave no stone unturned in providing uninterrupted fuel supply on time. <br/><br/>Commerce and Industry Minister of Mauritius, Shokat Ali Soodun called for Indian support to curb piracy in Indian Ocean. He said that this agreement will further cement the bond between the two nations.
