Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said that India is heading towards becoming a financial super power and cashless transactions will pave it's way to achieve the goal on a faster pace. <br/><br/>Addressing the people on the occasion of Digi Dhan Mela program in Lucknow today, he said that earlier people doubted the success of cash less transaction campaign, but the countrymen have shown that they are ready to adapt with modern techniques for good change. <br/><br/>He said that now, cashless transactions have grown three hundred percent in recent months. <br/><br/>On the occasion, a lucky draw was also organized where 15,000 customers were randomly declared winner. Minister of State for Finance Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik and Bollywood singer Kailash Kher were also present on the occasion. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that in the day-long Digi Dhan Mela, dozens of banking and financial institutions, mobile companies and other stakeholders participated. The next Digi Dhan Mela program will be organized in Meerut.
