Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan today said, India has one of the lowest Covid 19 cases and deaths per million population.<br />'' <br />''He said, our recovery rate also stands at 63.45 per cent and the case mortality is at 2.3 per cent.<br />'' <br />''Addressing a Shinghai Cooperation Organisation Health Ministers' conference, Dr.Harsh Vardhan said, India has performed over one and half crore  RTPCR tests so far and plans to conduct  ten lakh tests per day.<br />
