<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Health Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar has said that India has always recognised the importance of patient safety and prioritized it as a public health issue. She was addressing the inaugural session for national workshop on accelerating patient safety in India in collaboration with World Health Organisation in New Delhi on Thursday. Mrs Pawar said, India has made phenomenal progress in delivering healthcare services to the remote areas of the country. The workshop strived to sensitise States and various stakeholder departments regarding their role in the implementation of National Patient Safety Implementation Framework.</span><br />
