Talking about the Ujjwala Yojana, the Minister informed that the Modi Government has provided 31 crores and 36 lakhs of gas connections to date.<br />''<br />''He said, in the crucial period of the COVID pandemic, our Government has provided free food grain to 80 crores of people in the country. He expressed satisfaction that 60 crore poor in the country are getting the benefit of free treatment up to five lakh rupees. <br />''<br />''Mr. Thakur remarked that the Government has given a subsidy of 2.3&nbsp; lakh crore rupees to farmers as 6000 rupees are directly being deposited in their accounts under&nbsp; PM&nbsp; Kisan Samman Nidhi. Talking about the development of the Indian economy, he said, India has emerged as the world's fifth-largest economy in nine years besides, being the world's fastest-growing economy. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel was also present at the Conference.</span><br />
