India gave a fresh dossier to Pakistan containing additional evidence linking Pakistan-based terrorists to the Mumbai attacks almost. According to sources, the dossier was handed over by Y.K. Sinha, Joint Secretary in External Affairs Ministry, to Pakistan’s Deputy High Commissioner Riffat Masood on Tuesday. This is the seventh dossier that India has given to Pakistan.<br/>
