India and Germany will set up a hotline facility for speedy clearance of business visa related issues. In a move aimed at boosting bilateral economic ties, the hotline will connect the Commerce and Industry Ministry and the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. Both sides also agreed to cooperate in multilateral fora on combating protectionist tendencies that have emerged recently.
