India – Germany intergovernmental meeting is begining shortly in Berlin. The Indian side at the meeting is being led by Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and the German by Chancellor Angela Merkel.Seven agreements and MoUs are expected to be signed at the end of the meeting. Dr. Manmohan Singh who reached Berlin last evening on a three day state visit was accorded a ceremonial reception this morning.
