The Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has said that India is fully committed to further promoting its relations with China in an all-round manner. He said the Strategic and Cooperative Partnership for Peace and Prosperity between the two countries has developed over the last four years. He said their Shared Vision for the 21st Century is also reflected their wide-ranging cooperation and coordination on pressing global and international issues. Dr Singh said this in his message of greetings to Prime Minister Wen Jiabao on the occasion of 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China on Thursday. Dr Manmohan Singh said this is an important milestone in the life of China and as a friendly neighbour and a developing nation; India shares their sense of happiness on this important occasion.
