India and France have signed a pact to foster greater technical and scientific cooperation in the field of road policy, construction, maintenance and transport.The MoU was signed in the presence of Road Transport and Highways Minister Kamal Nath and French Minister of Transport Nathalie Morizet.The MoU will promote collaboration between the highway experts of two countries along with providing a forum for discussions on road finance and economics, roads' administration and management policies and technology, safety and environment.
