International Cricket Council (ICC) released the test rankings in Dubai. India figures on the third spot behind England and South Africa. Among the batsmen, Sachin Tendulkar is ranked 12th while among the bowlers Zaheer Khan is at place 12th.No Indian All rounder figures in the top 10 list.AIR West Asia correspondent that a string of poor performances by the Indian test team abroad has pushed once the World Number One test team to third position.If the same performance continues , India stand chances of being relegated further down in the rankings. The poor show is reflected in the ICC rankings as well where none of the Indian players have been able to make it to the top ten.
