<br/>India said that it is satisfied with the progress in the negotiation with the United States on the issue of access to Lashkar – e – taiba operative David Headley and terrorism in general. Replying to questions at a press conference in New Delhi, the foreign secretary Nirupama Rao however said that India is yet to get access to Headley. She said there has being extensive cooperation between the agencies from the both of countries on these issues. The United States has shared a lot of information based on the interrogation of Headley but India has not being given the access to him so far. <br/><br/>India is seeking both access as well as extradition to Headley with regard to the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack and other terror activities. Headley who has pleaded guilty on all the twelve charges against him has confessed in a US Court to have played a key role in Mumbai terror attack.<br/><br/>When asked to comment on Pakistan approaching Interpol for arresting Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist caught during the 26/11 strikes, or his associate Fahim Ansari for trial in that country, Foreign Secretary said justice is taking its course in India in the Mumbai attacks case.
