India has expressed its disappointment to the United States for its decision to sell F-16 aircraft to Pakistan. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar informed the Lok Sabha today that India does not agree with the US rationale that such arms transfers help combat terrorism. The US Ambassador has been conveyed India's displeasure, he said.
