India has expressed deep concern over the situation in Libya. Talking to reporters in New Delhi on Monday, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said, government was monitoring the situation in the country but has not taken any decision on whether to evacuate the Indians living there. She said, the situation in Benghazi is of particular concern because a number of Indian citizens live there. She further added that Indian Embassy in Tripoli is in touch with these people.
