India says it is examining all options to further raise the issue of JeM chief Masood Azhar at United Nations Security Council to declare him as a global terrorist. Sources in the External Affair Ministry say that New Delhi is also consulting other co-sponsors of the resolution. <br/><br/>India's application to designate Azhar as a global terrorist will be expiring soon. China, a close ally of Pakistan had repeatedly blocked India's proposal in this regard.
