India have stormed into the final of the on-going Tri-Series Cricket tournament in Sri Lanka. In their last league must-win encounter at Dambulla,India beat New Zealand by an emphatic margin of 105 runs. Set to score 224 for a win, the Kiwis were all out for 118 in 30.1 overs. Earlier, a fine 110 by Virender Sehwag helped India overcome early set backs to make 223 in 46.3 overs. It was Sehwag's 13 ODI hundred. India will now meet Sri Lanka in the final slated for Saturday.
