India-England 3rd Cricket Test on Wednesday

Despite the spiralling riots in London and neighbouring areas, the third cricket test between India and England at Edgbaston, Birmingham, will go ahead on Wednesday. A press release by the Warkwickshire County Cricket Club said the match will proceed as planned and at the scheduled time. Indian and English cricketers were asked to confine themselves to their hotel rooms ahead of the third test after trouble spread to newer areas.England already leads the four match series 2-0. Another victory will give them top spot on the ICC's Test Championship table.All India Radio will broadcast running commentary on the match on Rajdhani Channel and FM Gold. The commentary will be available on Wednesday at 3 p.m. and on rest of the 4 days at 3.20 p.m.
