India-England 1st cricket Test: England 61 for 1

England were 61 for 1 in the first cricket Test against India at Lord's. England's captain Andrew Strauss and IJL Trott were at the crease when reports last came in. The visitors had won the toss and elected to field with Captain Mahinder Singh Dhoni reposing faith on Zaheer Khan, Praveen Kumar and Ishant Sharma with the new ball. Zaheer Khan trapped A.N. Cook lbw for 12. Two runs came from extras. England continues to struggle against Indian attack scoring less than 3 runs per over. Earlier, rains delayed the start of the match. The other members of the Indian squad are Gautam Gambhir, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Suresh Raina and A.Mukund and Harbhajan Singh. Lord's is hosting the 2000th Cricket Test. It is also the 100th between the two countries. Sachin Tendulkar is seeking his 100th International century in the home of Cricket.
