India declared their first innings at 557 for 5 on the second day of the third and final cricket Test against New Zealand in Indore. Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane put on 365 runs partnership, India's highest-ever for the fourth wicket. Indian skipper scored his second Test-match double-hundred (211) and Ajinkya Rahane made 188 before the captain called off the innings. Rohit Sharma also added quick 51 runs on 63 ball. In reply, New Zealand were trailing by 529 runs with ten wickets in hand in the 1st innings at the draw of stumps on Day 2. India has already clinched the 3-match series. They had won the first Test at Kanpur by 197 runs, while they sealed the series with a 178-run victory at Kolkata.
