India signed three agreements with Czech Republic including one on social security that will protect the interests of around 700 Indians working in the European nation. The two countries also signed two other agreements on Economic Cooperation and a Protocol on Amendment of the Agreement between India and Czech Republic for the Promotion and Protection of Investments signed on October 11, 1996. The agreements were signed on the third day of the Vice President Mr. Mohammad Hamid Ansari's visit to the country. Meanwhile, after successful completion of the visit to the Czech Republic, the Vice President Mr. Mohammad Hamid Ansari has left for the Croatian capital Zagreb this afternoon. During the second leg of his tour, Mr. Ansari will meet the President Dr. Ivo Josipovic. Some important agreements would also be signed.
