The Government today said it is doing its utmost to register absolute displeasure and concern over the violence against Indians with Australia. The Minister of State for External Affairs Mr. Preneet Kaur told reporters on the sidelines of the India-Iceland renewable Energy Workshop in New Delhi that the situation is being monitored on daily basis.Terming the latest attack on a cab driver today and the incident of fire in a Gurudwara there as unfortunate, Ms.Kaur said, government hopes that Australia gets its act together and brings the perpetrators to book. Asked if Government was planning to any steps to discourage students from going there, Kaur said the External Affairs Ministry had already issued an advisory on the issue.
