India today contributed 5 million US Dollars in cash towards the relief and rehabilitation measures for the victims of quake hit Chile.<br/><br/>Expressing profound sadness on the loss of life and property in the tragic event, the Prime Minister said this help comes as a token of solidarity with the people of Chile in their grief. In a letter to President Dr. Michelle Bachelet of Chile the Prime Minister conveyed his sympathy on behalf of the Government and people of India.<br/>
