India continued their fine show at the 2015 Commonwealth Youth, Junior & Senior Weightlifting Championships on the second day of the competition in Pune on Tuesday. In 69 kilogram Youth boys, Lalu Taku won the gold medal with a total lift of 282 kilograms. He picked up 125 kilograms in snatch and 157 kilograms in clean and jerk. Nungshiton Devi clinched the gold in both 58 kilogram Junior women and 58 kilogram Youth girls categories after lifting 72 kilograms in snatch and 85 kilograms in clean and jerk for an overall effort of 157 kilograms. In 58kg Senior women division, Minati Sethi settled for the bronze medal with a total lift of 194kg.
