India today strongly reacted to Pakistan's statement on the prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir after the killing of a Hizbul militant in the valley. <br/><br/>It said that the statement reflects Pakistan's continued attachment to terrorism and its use as an instrument of state policy. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson asked Islamabad to refrain from interfering in the internal affairs of its neighbours.
