India clinch five-match ODI Cricket series 3-2 against New Zealand

India clinched the five-match ODI Cricket series 3-2 against New Zealand with a thumping 190-run victory in the final game in Visakhapatnam. Chasing a victory target of 270 runs set by India, New Zealand were all out for only 79 runs in 23.1 overs Saturday night. Amit Mishra who produced a magical spell to claim 5 for 18, was declared man of the match and player of the series. He has claimed 15 wickets in the series. Akshar Patel claimed 2 wickets while Umesh Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah and Jayant Yadav claimed one wicked each. Skippr Ken Williamson with 27 runs was the highest scorer for New Zealand. Earlier opting to bat first, India scored 269 for six in the stipulated 50 overs. Rohit Sharma scored 70 while Virat Kohli slammed 65. Skippeer Mahindra Singh Dhoni hit 41.
