India has clarified that media reports attributing certain remarks to the Indian Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor are highly distorted and do not reflect government of India’s position on the issue.<br/>In a press release issued in Kathmandu on Monday, Indian Embassy said, it is regrettable that certain political parties are deliberately exploiting these distortions to generate a controversy involving India. <br/>
