<br/>The Obama Administration has said that India and China are two significant powers of the region and the US attaches importance to both countries for regional and global issues. Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs P J Crowley told reporters in Washington that India and China are the emerging global powers, and that is why the U.S. has focused a great attention on developing strong relationships with both the countries. Mr. Crowley also said that President Obama and the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are looking forward to welcome Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on his official visit to the US later this month.
