The Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has said that all issues were discussed with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, including the river water sharing during the summit meeting in Thailand. Addressing Media persons at Hua Hin in Thailand Dr Manmohan Singh said both countries have an obligation to maintain peace and tranquility along the borders. He said both will have to find solution to the pending boundary issue. In reply to a question about Dalai Lama's visit to Arunachal Pradesh, he said Dalai Lama is our honoured guest and the issue was discussed at the meeting . The Chinese Prime Minister was told that India does not allow spiritual leaders to do political activities.<br/>The Prime Minister said he was extremely satisfied with India ASEAN Summit and found strong supporters among ASEAN countries who want to strengthen their relations with India in all spheres, including economic, human resources , political and security cooperation. He said India ASEAN have agreed to expedite trade agreement in services. As a follow up to this Agreement, India have agreed to expedite finalization of the agreement on trade, services and investment. The Prime Minister said time is not ripe for withdrawal of stimulus packages given by the government to bail out the economy from the impact of the global financial meltdown.
