India and China are expected to revive the military exchanges soon. Authoritative sources said in New Delhi that the two countries will have joint military exercises this year. Sources said, flag meetings and other exchanges continue along the boarder between the commanders .Both the countries had suspended high level defence exchanges after a senior officer of the northern command was denied visa last year. Sources said that staple visa issue is also moving forward and New Delhi is keeping a watch over the developments. Dismissing reports about slow progress in the development of boarder infrastructure, sources said that most of the roads along the boarder have been completed and the remaining will be completed soon and maintained that the boarder with China has been calm. Referring to the bilateral meeting between the Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh and Chinese President Hu Jintao, sources said, the situation in West Asia and Northern America will figure prominently in the talks as they have major ramifications for the two fastest growing economies. The entire spectrum of bilateral relations will come up for discussion in the talks between the two leaders.
