Chief of Army General Bikram Singh has said that bilateral relations between India and China are absolutely perfect and mechanisms are in place to solve any issues between the two countries.

Speaking on the sidelines of the passing-out parade at the Indian Naval Academy at Ezhimala in Kerala, he said, there was no need to withdraw Indian troops from Siachen. General Singh said, the country's armed forces are strategically positioned at an advantageous situation in the Siachen.

Earlier, General Singh reviewed the passing-out parade of cadets of the 15th Naval Orientation (regular) Course. He said that steps are being taken to attract more youths to the Army.
