<span style="color: #222222;">India has built new infrastructure at Shree Narad Adarsha Education Campus in Udayapur District of Nepal. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The new construction has been carried out with the Government of India's grant assistance of 30.20 million Nepalese Rupees. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The two storey building&nbsp;is comprising of 12 class rooms, library, meeting hall, separate toilets for boys and girls and furniture. &nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Former Urban Development Minister of Nepal and Member of Parliament Dr. Narayan Khadka, inaugurated new building at Chaudandigadhi Municipality in Udayapur District today. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of India Dr. Ajay Kumar also graced the occasion. Shree Narad Adarsha Education Campus was established in 1971 as a Secondary School and subsequently upgraded as a Campus in 2003.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It is affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU) and offers 4 years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The newly built infrastructure will not only boost learning environment of students but also enhance access to education to rural students of Udayapur and adjoining districts, including Bhojpur, Khotang, Sunsari and Saptari. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Education creates building blocks for the process of nation-building and it is the first step towards development of any country.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">As part of Development Partnership Programme, Government of India is providing assistance to institutions at all levels from primary schools to universities in Nepal.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
