India born Monisha Kaltenborn has become the first woman Team Principal in the history of Formula One Car Racing. Monisha took over the job in the fourth oldest F-1 team in the paddock — Sauber. Monisha was made Team Principal after Peter Sauber decided to step back from his daily assignment of the team. Monisha originally joined Sauber in 2000 as head of the legal department and has been the CEO since January 2010.
