India beat Zimbabwe by 5 wickets in 2nd ODI at Harare

India defeated Zimbabwe by 5 wickets in the second One day international at Harare. The hosts set the target of 162. The Men in Blue achieved the target with 146 balls remaining. Sanju Samson remained top scorer with 43 runs in 39 balls. Zimbabwe were all out for 161 runs in 38.1 overs. Shardul Thakur clinched three wickets for Indian side.
       
Earlier, visitors won the toss and elected to field.
       
Now India has the unassailable lead of 2-0 in three-match series.
       
Interestingly Zimbabwe Cricket dedicated today's game to the cause of children's cancer. They donated 500 dollar and a Zimbabwe jersey to a six-year-old. He was also given a signed ball from Sanju Samson, who was declared Man of the Match.
