Pathan and Raina's 75-run partnership for the sixth wicket helped India achieve the target of 221 with ten balls to spare. Yusuf Pathan was adjudged the man of the match for his brilliant all-round performance.Electing to bat first, the Proteas managed to make 220 runs with debutant, Faf du Plessis scoring his first half century. He scored 60 with JP Duminy who scored 52. Veteran, Zaheer Khan was the pick of the bowlers for India. He bagged 3 wickets while Munaf Patel and Harbhajan Singh took two wickets each.India are now leading 2-1 in the series, which is their last before the World Cup which starts next month. The fourth ODI of the ongoing tournament will be played in Port Elizabeth on Friday.
