India beat South Africa by 153 runs in second ODI

India won the second ODI at Gwalior against South Africa by 153 runs. Chasing the target of 401 runs, South Africa were all out for 248 in 42.5 overs.Sachin Tendulkar became the first player of the world, who achieved double century in the one dayer cricket. He was unbeaten on 200 against South Africa in the second one dayer in Gwalior. India set a target of 402 runs for South Africa as they have scored 401 for 3 in the stipulated 50 overs. M.S.Dhoni was not out on 68 runs. Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh has congratulated Sachin Tendulkar on his achieving the highest score and the first double century in one day international cricket. Terming it a "magnificent achievement", Mr. Singh said that Sachin has led by example and that all Indians are proud of his achievement.
