Indian men's hockey team beat World Champions Australia 3-2 in the opening match of the two-game series in Melbourne today. Young striker Affan Yousuf scored two field goals in quick succession, while dragflicker V R Raghunath netted the winner in the 44th minute.Australia's goals came through Matthew Willis and Trent Mitton. The second match of the series will be played tomorrow.
