India has defeated Australia in the second match of the 17th Asian Senior Men's Volleyball Championship in Dubai today. The Indian spikers overcame the Aussie challenge in five sets. The final score was 25-23, 25-23, 23-25, 23-25, 15-12. Australia are the favourites to win the tournament and the victory has boosted the morale of Indian team. The Indian Coach Team Birsingh Yadav told AIR in Dubai that the boys played exceptionally well and they are now geared up to take the challenge of Bahrain in the next match. India take on Bahrain in the next encounter at Al-Nasr Club in Dubai tomorrow.
