The Indian women's hockey team defeated Argentina in FIH Women's Hockey Pro-League Tournament by four-goal to three. In the stipulated time both the teams scored three goals, but in the shoot-out, India strike two to one.

The first match was played at Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The second match will be scheduled for tomorrow at the same venue.  The Indian team is currently placed at the third position in the points table with 22 points in 10 games while the Argentina team is at the top of the table with 38 points in 14 matches.
