India and Bangladesh have exchanged draft agreements on the vexed Teesta water-sharing issue and promised to go ahead expeditiously. <br/> <br/>This was disclosed by Water Resources Minister Pawan Kumar while briefing newsmen on the two-day ministerial-level meeting of the Joint River Commission in New Delhi. <br/><br/>He said, the Water Resource Secretaries of the two countries have been asked to examine the drafts expeditiously for conclusion of an interim agreement on Teesta. <br/><br/>Earlier, Mr. Pawan Kumar held nearly four hours of talks with his Bangladesh counterpart Ramesh Chandra Sen.<br/><br/>
