India and Bangladesh have decided to sign three agreements during the visit of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to New Delhi on 19th December this year. Talking to reporters in Dhaka on the developments following the visit of Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, the Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Mohamed Mijarul Quayes said the agreements are on mutual legal assistance on criminal matters, transfer of sentenced persons, and on combating international terrorism, organised crimes and illegal drug trafficking.
