India bags two Gold, one Silver on the second day of the Para-Asian Games in Incheon

India bagged two Gold medals in a haul of six medals on the second day of Para Asian Games in Incheon. Besides the two Gold, Indians grabbed one Silver and three Bronze medals to take the overall tally to 12 and occupy the 11th spot in the medals table.Amit Kumar won a Gold in men's club throw athletics event in a Para Asian record effort while Sharad Kumar grabbed the other yellow metal in men's high jump event. However, 2012 London Paralympic Games Silver medallist H N Girisha settled for a Bronze in men's high jump category while 2013 World Championships Gold medallist Devendra Jhajharia bagged a Silver in men's javelin throw. Ankur Dhama in men's 1500m and Sharath Mahadevarao Gaykwad in men's 100m Butterfly also won a Bronze each.
