In the 16th Asian Games at Guangzhou on Monday, Tennis star Somdev Devvarman and Sanam Singh took centre stage by fetching a Gold medal in doubles event and also becoming the first Indian to reach the final in men's singles. India also won a Silver and a Bronze on Monday. India maintained their 8th position on the tenth day of competitions with a haul of six Gold, 12 Silver and 18 Bronze medals.
