India and Australia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU in the field of Water Resources Management. The cooperation will be focusing on sharing of policy and technical information and experiences in the development and management of water resources. A joint working group will oversee the implementation of the MoU which will be effective for five years. This could be further extended if the two parties agreed to do so.<br/>
