Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said India attaches highest importance to strategic and privileged partnership with Russia. He conveyed this to Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Rogozin yesterday in New Delhi. <br/><br/>Mr Modi said he is looking forward to visit Russia in the near future for a productive and historic Annual Summit with President Vladimir Putin. The Prime Minister expressed confidence that it will raise bilateral relations to a new level. Earlier in the day, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval met Mr Rogozin.
