India has assured Russia long term work permits to 700 Russian experts and technicians involved in its various civilian and defence projects. External Affairs Minister S M Krishna, who was on two-day official visit to Moscow, told this to reporters before leaving for Tashkent. He said India will resolve the issue of their visas and Russians would not go out of India to seek change of their visa.<br/> <br/>The government has directed all foreigners working in India with business visa to convert its status to employment visa by the end of this month or else leave the country.<br/><br/>
