<br/>New Delhi has asked Pakistan to act expeditiously and effectively against terror directed against India from its soil. Three new dossiers containing names of 34 terrorists wanted by in India were also handed over to Pakistan during the foreign secretary level talks held in New Delhi on Thursday. The name of Lashkar e toibe chief Hafiz Saed also figures in the dossiers which contains additional information on terrorist activities against India emanating from Pakistan, for investigation and appropriate action. Later briefing media on the talks the Foreign Secrtary Ms Nirupama Rao said it was the duty of Pakistan to take effective steps against such organizations as Lashkar-e-Toiba/ Jamaat ud Dawa, Hizb ul Mujahideen whose activities to perpetrate terror against India were going unhindered.<br/><br/>She also said that the time was not right for resuming composite dialogue. The two sides however decided to remain in touch and continue to endeavour to restore trust. The issue of cease fire violations and infilitration of terrorists from across the LOC and international border was also raised by India. India also expressed its grave concerned over the beheading of Sikhs in Pakistani. Pakistani briefly raised Kashmir, Baluchistan and water sharing issue.
