India asks Aus to take swift action to nab those involved in attacks against Indians

India has called for urgent action by the Australian government to apprehend the culprits responsible for the recent attacks on Indians and bring them to justice.<br/><br/>An Indian student, Nitin Garg was fatally stabbed to death in Melbourne and the half burnt body of Ranjodh Singh was also found in New South Wales. <br/><br/>The Indian High Commissioner and Consul General in Melbourne, met the acting Premier of Victoria, Rob Hulls to impress upon them the need for taking such an action. New Delhi has also expressed the hope that Canberra will further strengthen the steps to ensure the safety and security of the Indian community in Australia.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the Human Resources Minister Mr. Kapil Sibbal said that the Australian Government has promised speedy action against the culprits.
