India and Japan reach a substantive agreement on Civilian Nuclear agreement

Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar has said India and Japan have reached a substantive agreement on Civilian Nuclear agreement. Briefing media in New Delhi, the Foreign Secretary said, both countries have agreed on the need for stopping cross border terrorism. He said the biggest economic outcome from today's meeting was the signing of MoU on high-speed railway.<br/><br/>
