<span style="color: #222222;">India and Azerbaijan have agreed to take measures to enhance bilateral trade relations. The two countries signed protocol on trade and economic, science and technology cooperation at the 5th meeting of India-Azerbaijan Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade and Economic, Science and Technology Cooperation which concluded in New Delhi today.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The two-day meeting was co-chaired by Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu and Azerbaijan's Ecology and Natural Resources Minister Mukhtar Babayev.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on present economic situation and reviewed the current status of bilateral trade . Trade turnover between India and Azerbaijan from January to August this year was 657.9 million dollars.&nbsp; </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Both sides felt that there was a need to step up the cooperation to enlarge the trade basket and increase bilateral trade and investment&nbsp; in various fields such as trade and investment, transportation and energy and hydro-carbons.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The next meeting of the Commission will be held in Baku.</span><br />''&nbsp;
